• Destinations: UK only.
• Processing time: Ships within 1–2 business days after order confirmation..
• Delivery times: UK standard 3–7 business days from dispatch.
• Tracking: Tracking emailed when shipped; also visible in your account.
• Lost/damaged: Report within 7 days with photos for damage; we’ll replace or refund as needed.
• Restrictions: No shipping to non-UK addresses; note on PO boxes or remote addresses as needed.
